When I first went to Dominck's I could not even dream that it would take me back to my childhood memories of the wonderful tastes made by my friends Italian grandmother.. Ahh The Real Deal. Just like Mama C in my neighborhood. Everything meatballs to canolies. paninnies, all made with love to perfection. Try the baked items too. Granite Bay is now a very rich nighborhood indeed.

Perhaps before Chang Brothers or China Villa opened in Rocklin, GB Chinese was the best, but now there are simply better choices in town. I was not overly impressed with the food nor the service. In addition, the super strong air freshner smell from the restrooms permeates the restaurant.

Don't bother! This used to be a premium restaurant but the last time I went in it was way overpriced, totally rundown and the wait staff was just mediocre. We had a coupon in our entertainment book and it was still $65 for two people! The wine list is non-existant with only the house wine as a choice. As we sat down we were asked if we wanted roasted garlic to go with our bread - we said "Sure". We didn't realize it was $7 - $8 for the garlic. Yeow! The food is pretty good but still - way overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go over to Dominic's!
